"Mar y Sol Villas" is made up of 3 deluxe ocean front villas on 3 different levels, each villa is one entire level. As a bonus there is a common use roof top deck with a view beyond discription and a "Tiki Bar" with a palapa roof. Mar y Sol is centrally located half way between the beach and the village. Just a 5 minute walk in either direction to the beach, stores or restaurants. This "SLIDE SHOW" is a look at Mar y Sol Villas in general.
 
"Casa Tonielle" the upper level is a brand new 2 bedroom villa with ceramic floors throughout. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen. Two large bedrooms with king-sized beds and large screened windows. With 3 brick arches that frame one of the best views in Yelapa. The large deck and lounge chairs will have you never wanting to leave the house. With the sofa bed this unit sleeps 6 comfortably. If needed we do provide a cot to accommodate an extra person. "Casa Tassia" the second level has ceramic floors throughout, including balconies. It features a large bathroom, with fully tiled walls and shower. The villa has a spacious bedroom, with a king-sized bed, patio doors, screened window and a closet. The wrap around balcony offers you great views of the beach, the village and the ocean beyond. Watch whales, dolphins, manta rays and boats coming and going right from your chair on your own private balcony. This large 800 square foot 1 bedroom Villa is the ideal place for a private romantic escape for two. There is also a futon sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2. "Casa Kristy" is the smaller 1 bedroom lower level that we use as the caretakers quarters. The onsite caretaker insures that your visit is complete, there is someone there to make sure everything is working and assist with any questions or concerns guests may have.
 
We recently hooked up Star Choice Satellite TV and purchased a new flat screen HD LCD TV and DVD player in Casa Tassia and Casa Kristy. We plan to add the same features to Casa Tonielle in the future. We do not want in anyway to take away from the whole ambiance of Mar y Sol and Yelapa but you do have the ability to catch up on news or sports back home or that special show you like to watch. The best thing is the many music channels and radio stations available, pick your favorite music genre or station and enjoy.

Our new wireless high speed internet is up and running, works great throughout Mar y Sol. Bring your lap top and keep in touch.
