"Mar y Sol Villas" is centrally located halfway between the beach and the village. Location, location, location ... Mar y Sol is right on the water, with a great view of the village, the beach and of course the ocean beyond. We often watch whales right from the balcony. This is most likely the best location in Yelapa. Mar y Sol is just a 5 minute walk in either direction to the beach, village, stores or restaurants. We are just down from the main path, far enough to give you privacy and isolate you from any noise of the passers by. We do not hear any loud music from the village, the roosters do not bother us nor do the barking dogs ... only ocean waves and the birds from the jungle. Mar y Sol is all about peace and relaxation.

Mar y Sol is made up of 2 deluxe ocean front villas on 2 different levels, each villa is one entire level. 
       Casa Tonielle - level 3 is our new 2 bedroom penthouse suite.  
          Casa Tassia - level 2 is our 1 bedroom honeymoon suite.
             Casa Kristy - level 1 is our home or caretakers suite.

On Sight Caretakers: "Casa Kristy" is the smaller 1 bedroom lower level that we use as our home and office. The "onsite caretakers", Randy and Judy, insure that your visit is complete, there is someone there to make sure everything is working and assist with any questions or concerns guests may have. We help arrange boat tours, fishing trips or any other excursions; to make sure you are safe, that you get good service and that you are well taken care of. The added security of live in caretakers at Mar y Sol gives you the peace of mind to be able to relax and enjoy you vacation.
